Project Management Professional Overview
Integracom in association with the X-Pert Group (Australia) are now offering and delivering a series of Professional Project Management short courses.
The X-Pert Academy has an international reputation for delivering high end and professional project management course for both large corporations and small to medium enterprises (SME).
The courses being delivered in conjunction with Integracom are designed to suit companies delivering projects within the Construction industry in Australia.
These courses are ideal for Project Managers who wish to expand their knowledge or for new entrants who wish to gain a Project Management Qualification.
In relation to Project Management only two questions need to be asked
1. Question: What does a company need to know about Project Management?
Answer: Nothing
2. Question: What do they need to know about Managing by project?
Answer: Everything.
Training in project management alone is no longer adequate and the basic knowledge to run just one project at a time is limiting in relation to project outcomes and resource allocation.
The Full PMPR course is divided into three logical course groupings
- Part 1 - two days or four evenings (4 Units)
- Part 2 - two days or four evenings (4 Units)
- Part 3 - one evening (Preparation for PMP exam)
